MIAMI-Professional Bank has filed plans with state regulators to move its headquarters in Coral Gables, while JPMorgan Chase signed a lease deal in Pembroke Pines, and International Finance Bank has inked a deal to move a branch to its recently opened headquarters here.

Professional Bank plans to move its headquarters from 1567 San Remo Ave. to 369 Alhambra Circle, Suite 150. Professional Bank President and CEO Raul G. Valdes-Fauli says the location on San Remo Avenue would remain a bank branch, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

CBRE announced that it arranged the sale of a 1.8-acre parcel at 150 N.W. 180th Ave. in Pembroke Pines from First Coast Energy to Pembroke Pines Place LLC, which then leased the parcel to JPMorgan Chase for the development of a 4,713-square-foot branch.

Finally, in a filing with state regulators, International Finance Bank plans to shift its branch at 3663 S.W. Eighth St. to 777 S.W. 37th Ave., which is its recently opened headquarters. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
