PHILADELPHIA-The law firm Drinker Biddle & Reath L.L.P. is preparing to reduce the size of its Philadelphia headquarters space, while expanding its presence in Manhattan.

The law firm is going to reduce its footprint at Brandywine Property Trust's One Logan Square office building from 209,000 square feet to 155,000 square feet next year, according to the Inquirer. The firm is doubling its space at Silverstein Properties' 1177 Sixth Avenue tower building to 31,000 square feet in New York City.

"We remain a Philadelphia-headquartered firm, (and) in Philadelphia we'll have the same number of lawyers," said Andy Kassner, Drinker's executive partner. The law firm also plans to increase its office presence in Los Angeles and reduce the size of its Princeton and Florham Park, NJ offices. See story in the Inquirer.
