NEW YORK CITY-The YMCA Retirement Fund has signed a 52,000-square-foot lease at the Equitable Building at 120 Broadway.

The non-profit fund will relocate and take occupancy of the full 19th floor of the 38-story high-rise office building, according to the Commercial Observer. The lease deal with Silverstein Properties is for 15 years.

The fund will relocate from approximately 48,000 square feet it currently occupies at 140 Broadway to 120 Broadway, a property that totals approximately 1.8 million square feet of space. Roger A. Silverstein and Joseph Artusa of Silverstein Properties represented the building owner, while Robert D. Goodman of Colliers International handled the lease negotiations for the YMCA Retirement Fund.
