WASHINGTON, DC-Equity Office Properties has tapped Cassidy Turley to lease and manage its Northern Virginia office portfolio, which consists of three buildings and totals 690,375 square feet. This is the broker's first leasing assignment with EOP in the DC regional, although Cassidy Turley represents Equity Office Properties in Ohio, Northern California and Texas.
Properties in the agreement include 1525 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington, VA, which totals 318,729 square feet; 225 Reinekers Lane in Alexandria, VA, which totals 131,289 square feet; and 2600 Park Tower Drive in Merrifield, VA, which totals 240,357 square feet.
Leading the Equity Office assignment for Cassidy Turley will be Tim Summers, Anthony Chang, David Scully, Scott Goldberg, Avi Fisher, Darian LeBlanc and Bill Grillo.
