RALEIGH, NC-Locally-based Paragon Bank reports it plans to auction more than $20 million of bank-owned commercial, residential and investment properties in the Carolinas and Virginia.
The auctions, scheduled for mid-May, are organized by Iron Horse Auctions, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
Some of the properties in the Research Triangle area include: 28 residential lots at the proposed Baldwin Peak subdivision in Chatham County, as well as commercial lots in north Raleigh, and Cary. According to a senior official with Paragon Bank, all the properties listed by Iron Horse Auctions must be sold by June 25. See story in the Triangle Business Journal.
