PITTSBURGH-Philadelphia-based Pennrose reports it has been named management agent of the Cloverleaf Village Apartments in the South Hills section of Pittsburgh.
Pennrose, a real estate development and management firm, is managing the apartment community on behalf of Winshaw Partners, LLC. Cloverleaf Apartments was built in 1953 and consists of 36 buildings that feature 148 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Pennrose officials report the firm will oversee approximately $800,000 of capital improvements to the community in the next year, including several exterior projects and the potential rehabilitation of its interior units.
