MIAMI—Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square won the regional The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards in the 250,000- to 499,999-square-foot category. This latest win is Parmenter Realty Partners' 46th TOBY Award.

“We are very proud of what our teams were able to accomplish,” says Michael Holmes, Parmenter Realty Partners' COO for the Southeast Region. “There was stiff competition in all three categories with buildings owned and managed by other players in our industry including MetLife, CBRE, and Taylor & Mathis, to name a few.

Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square is a 348,152-square-foot, class A office building in Atlanta. The office building is managed by Christina Pearson, who also won BOMA Georgia 2013 Property Manager of the Year Award, and winner of an International TOBY in 2010.

Parmenter, a real estate investment, management and development company headquartered in Miami, was also represented by two other buildings in different categories. Bank of America Tower in Jacksonville in the 500,000- to 1 million-square-foot and 160 Clairemont in Atlanta in the Renovated Building category were both up for an award. The firm has regional offices in Dallas, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Parmenter operates a series of institutional investment funds focused on the southern and mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S.

BOMA International annually presents association awards, which are among the highest honors bestowed by the association. The association awards presented in 2013 recognized achievements during 2012. Local winners of the TOBY Awards advance to regional competition, and regional winners advance to international competition.
