ARDMORE, PA-Dranoff Properties is hoping it can construct a more modest mixed-use project here after an initial $180-million plan proposed six years ago failed to gain traction.
Carl Dranoff, president and founder of Dranoff Properties of Philadelphia, told an audience of Ardmore officials and residents earlier this week that his $56-million One Ardmore Place project would include 121 apartments, 10,500 square feet of retail space, as well as parking, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. The development is to be built on a parking lot on Cricket Avenue, adjacent to Lancaster Avenue.
“It is what I believe will be a transformative project for Ardmore,” Dranoff said. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
