MIAMI—Flagler Real Estate Services (FRES) just inked a 123,409-square-foot industrial deal. The lease will see Expo Convention Contractors move its operations to a warehouse facility within Sunshine State Industrial Park in north Miami-Dade County.
Cary Cohen, vice president of FRES, represented the tenant, Expo Convention Contractors, a full-service tradeshow services company, in their search for a new site to accommodate growth. Bob Communale of Industrial Group Realty and Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Smith and Audley Bosch represented the building owner, a private real estate investor.
“At a time when most companies are contracting, Expo Convention Contractors continues to experience exponential growth,” says Cohen. He explains that Expo overcame real estate challenges and consolidated three facilities into one, high-quality space.
“Their new home will lead to more efficient operations and position them for continued growth and success,” says Cohen. Founded in 1995, Expo has more than 50 full-time employees.
