GARDEN CITY, NY-Sabre Investment Group, an affiliate of Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, is launching a financing unit. The new unit is headed by Jason Inoff, formerly of Carle Place, NY-based Commercial Realty Nation.
Launched just under a year after Sabre Investment opened its doors, the new financial division will allow the locally-based firm to expand the range of services it offers to its clients, according to a release. It will focus on debt and equity origination, including commercial mortgages, equity placements, construction financing, business loans and short-term bridge loans.
“This move is indicative of Sabre's rapid growth and dominance in the marketplace,” said Jayson Siano, managing principal and co-founder of Sabre Real Estate Group, in a release. “I am very excited about Jason joining our team. This was an obvious addition in order to help us maximize our clients portfolios.”
Inoff will lead the firm's new initiative as director of finance. He has originated more than $100 million in debt and equity financing during his career and has built numerous strong relationships with local banks, hedge funds, credit unions, trade unions and life insurance companies.
Inoff says he will offer complimentary financial evaluations for Sabre's clients with existing requirements or for those seeking to re-finance and benefit from today's historically low interest rates. “I'll be more than happy to review clients' portfolios to see if Sabre can help them improve cash flow and investment returns,” Inoff says in a release.
The new division has the capability to arrange financing for all deal sizes, for clients ranging from local business owners and investors to major real estate developers, Inoff adds. “By creating a financial division, we are working to offer our clients one-stop shopping,” says Guy Canzoneri, a principal of Sabre Investment, in a release.
Sabre Investment, established early in 2012 as an affiliate of Sabre Real Estate, handles investment sales in the Long Island, New York City and outer borough markets. It has added five new brokers since its inception last May.
With offices in both Garden City and Midtown Manhattan, Sabre Real Estate was launched in the summer of 2011 by Siano and principal Ken Breslin. Siano previously worked for CBRE, while Breslin came from Breslin Realty.
