SAN JOSE, CA—Trammel Crow Co. has acquired 57 undeveloped acres in North San Jose where it plans to build a business park.

The Dallas-based company bought the land from Cisco Systems this week, according to a report in the San Jose Business Journal.

John Greer, a principal and head of Trammell Crow's Northern California Business unit, told the Business Journal that the company has several options for developeing the site, and that it it zoned for 625,000 square feet of office/R&D space.
