WASHINGTON, DC-An affiliate of Monument Realty is looking to sell a development site where it has been planning to build an office building adjacent to the Navy Yard Metro here.
MR Ballpark 6 LLC, an affiliate of the Washington, DC-based real estate firm, has hired Cassidy Turley to market the nearly 16,000-square-foot property at 50 M St. SE where the firm is proposing to build a 135,000-square-foot office building, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Cassidy Turley Executive Managing Director Jayne Shister says interest has been strong and offers are due next month for the property. Cassidy Turley marketing materials state the site near the Natiionals Park is zoned to allow for a new hotel, residential or commercial space of up to 140,103 square feet.
