TAMPA, FL-Highwood Properties is planning to undertake $5 million in interior and exterior improvements at the Tampa Bay Park office complex here.
The improvements will be focused on the LakePointe One and LakePointe Two office buildings where PricewaterhouseCoopers is vacating 245,000 square feet of leased space. The company, which will be shifting operations to MetWest International in Westshore, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, will retain approximately 75,000 square feet at the Tampa Bay Park.
The LakePointe makeover will feature a more “pedestrian-focused, urban collaborative environment,” says Dan Woodward, vice president of Highwood's Tampa office. See story in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
