CHARLOTTE, NC-With a string of office properties here changing hands in the past year, another tower building has hit the market—121 West Trade St.
The building, owned by an affiliate of Hartford, CT-based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, has been listed for sale with CBRE Group Inc., according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
The 32-story property totals 330,000 square feet and is 72% occupied. The Charlotte City Club occupies the top floor of the building. Chicago Bridge & Iron Co., is the largest tenant at 121 West Trade, occupying approximately 117,000 square feet. See story in the Charlotte Business Journal.
