NEW YORK CITY-Ralph Rucci is moving from its Soho location to nearly 17,000 square feet of office, manufacturing and showroom space at 151 West 26th St. in the Chelsea district.
The luxury clothing design firm has signed a lease for 16,820 square feet on the second floor of the West 26th St. building and will relocate most likely next month from its 5,000-square-foot operations on the sixth floor at 536 Broadway, according to The Real Deal.
Hal Stein, managing principal, Gregory Wang, managing director, and Travis Wilson, associate of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Ralph Rucci in the lease transaction. Newmark's Michael Moorin, a senior managing director, and Allen Gurevich, a director, represented the building owner, the Rosen Group. See story in The Real Deal.
