CHICAGO-Deutsche Bank, which acquired the John Hancock Center here last year, is set to sell the property's office and parking deck for a reported $145 million.

The buyer of the 856,000-square-foot office space and 700-car parking deck is a group that includes San Antonio-based developer Lynd Co. and New York City-based investment firm Mount Kellett Capital Management L.P., sources tell Crain's Chicago Business.

Since June 2012, Deutsche Bank has been selling pieces of the 100-story complex, including transactions involving the retail and restaurant space, the observatory and broadcast antennas, for a total of $256 million. See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
