Thornton Tomasetti Expands at 330 North Wabash Ave.

CHICAGO-Engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. has amended its lease and expanded its presence at Riverview Realty Partners' 330 North Wabash Ave. here.

Thornton Tomasetti has amended its existing lease of 25,045 rentable square feet to 31,481 square feet that will now comprise the entire 15th floor of the 52-story former IBM building. The term of the firm's lease is also extended for an additional five years through December 31, 2023.

Baron, executive vice president of leasing for Riverview Realty Partners. “The completion of this transaction continues our success in leasing the building toward full occupancy in light of the previously announced deals with tenants such as American Medical Association, Latham & Watkins, SmithBucklin Corporation, BDO USA, LLP, Patton & Ryan, L.L.C. and Burke, Warren, MacKay, and Serritella, P.C. leases.”

With the completion of the Thornton Tomasetti lease amendment, 330 North Wabash Avenue is approximately 89.2% leased. 330 North Wabash Ave. is owned by a joint venture of subsidiaries of Riverview Realty Partners of Chicago, and Five Mile Capital Partners LLC, a Connecticut-based commercial real estate and alternative investment firm.

CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Stephen Eynon and Bradley Serot represented Thornton Tomasetti in the transaction. Riverview Realty Partners was represented by Baron.
