DALLAS—A growing beverage manufacturer, Tweaker Energy Drinks, has found some additional elbow room in an office warehouse building in Northwest Dallas.

Tweaker bought a 32,086 square foot building once held the operations of the El Fenix restaruant chain, according a report in the Dallas Morning NewsThe building at 11075 Harry Hines Blvd., was constructed in the mid 1960s and previously was used for El Fenix's head offices, manufacturing and warehousing facilities. It will be used in conjunction with another Twearker factility in the vacinity. 

“They are going to use if for producing their energy drinks,”said NAI Robert Lynn's Jim Svidron, in talking with the paper. “Tweaker has a building nearby on Leo Lane—that's where they distribute out of. And they've been bottling out of another warehouse they lease.”
