TETERBORO, NJ- Catellus Teterboro Urban Renewal LLC has submitted plans to the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission that state Walmart will be the main anchor at its mixed-use Teterboro Landing development.

According to the filing, Walmart will occupy a 160,000-square-foot site that will feature a garden center and a drive-through pharmacy at the former Honeywell International site. According to The Record, commission officials say the developer has indicated Costco is also looking to open a location at the Teterboro development that will also include office and light industrial uses.

Walmart confirmed that lease discussions are underway. Costco declined comment on reports it could possibly lease the other anchor tenant space totaling 156,000 square feet. See story in The Record.
