AUSTIN, TX—CBRE is growing its industrial brokerage group in Austin with addition of Ace Schlameus as first vice president.

Ace joins CBRE with more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, including six years at HPI in Austin where he was responsible for more than seven million square feet of institutional assignments.

Ace received his bachelor of Arts in government from the University of Texas.
