FAIRFIELD, NJ-Jones Lang LaSalle completed two new leases at Greenbrook Executive Center here for owner Accordia Realty Ventures.

Bederson & Co. signed a 10-year lease for 15,500 square feet of commercial office space, and National Life Insurance Co. took a five-year lease for 7,731 square feet at building at 100 Passaic Avenue.

Jonathan Meisel, Fred Hyatt and Derek DeMartino of JLL represented Accordia in both leases. Bederson & Co. was represented by David Sherman and Marc Trevison of Cushman & Wakefield. National Life Insurance was represented in-house.

“Greenbrook Executive Center is the highest-quality office building in the Fairfield area,” said Meisel. “For companies looking to conduct business from a top-notch facility with state-of-the-art amenities, there are no other options.”

He said that Accordia's reputation for hands-own ownership helped convince Bederson & Co. and National Life Insurance to relocate here.

“Greenbrook Executive Center continues to draw interest from high-profile companies,” said Joseph Romano, principal and co-founder of Accordia.

Bederson is to occupy part of the third floor. The full-service accounting firm is consolidating into the three-story building from two separate offices in West Orange. National Life Insurance will occupy part of the first floor, as its newest branch in New Jersey.

Greenbrook Executive Center is located directly across from Essex County Airport. The office property was honored by the New Jersey chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association with its The Office Building of the Year award in 2011.
