Oak Lake Realty LLC in Lakewood acquired the property at 226-247 Wanaque Ave. from Allen Rosenberg and the Allrose Group LLC of Woodmere, NY, according to buyer's representative, Mark Gjonbalaj, a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Elmwood Park. The property, which is 100% leased, includes the Windsor Learning Center and the Smiling Rhino Theater.
