SANTA CLARA, CA—The southern California property developer/manager that goes by the name The Irving Company has bought a 31-acre business park here.

Park Square, as the property is called, was sold by RREEF, according to a report in the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

The property is made up of 13 buildings totaling 465,000-square-feet of older, one- and two-story buildings. It is about 60% occupied, according to an offering memorandum from HFF, which was marketing the property.
