NEW YORK CITY-Office suites provider Regus has signed a 10-year lease at 101 Sixth Ave.for 32,000 square feet.

The deal is for two full floors at the 23-story office tower, according to Bloomberg News. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Regus in the transaction. Jones Lang's Mitch Konsker and Matt Astrachan handled lease discussions with Edward Minskoff, the owner of 101 Sixth Ave.

Over the past two years, Regus has increased its Manhattan office suites offerings by approximately 200,000 square feet, bringing its total portfolio to just above 1 million square feet. See story at Crain's New York Business.
