PITTSBURGH-Oil and gas company Exco Resources is looking to sublease its 56,000-square-foot Warrendale office at the Keystone Summit Corporate Park here.
The firm, based in Dallas, announced earlier this year it was consolidating some of its Pennsylvania operations into its Dallas headquarters and eliminating 70 positions out of 120 in Warrendale. The remaining employees will be relocated to Exco's Cranberry Township space.
CBRE is marketing the sublease space for Exco Resources. According to marketing documents, the sublease term runs until October 2016. See story in the Pittsburgh Business Times.
