ST. PETERSBURG-Locally-based JMC Communities, the developer of the 26-story Ovation condo tower here, has revealed plans to begin construction this fall on a six-story condominium venture called Rowland Place.
The mid-rise building at 146 Fourth Ave. NE will feature 20 condominium units ranging in size from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet, says JMC Communities CEO Mike Cheezem in a report in the Tampa Bay Times. Construction will take about a year to complete.
“Downtown St. Pete is just going to continue to become a better and better place to live," says Cheezem. "I've no doubt the demand will continue. It's just a matter of identifying where the need is." See story in the Tampa Bay Times.
