MINNEAPOLIS-The ownership of the Oracle Centre and International Center office towers here are about to put the properties on the market for sale.

The properties connected by a courtyard total 622,000 square feet. The ownership has hired CBRE to market the property for sale, according to a report in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Representatives for the owner and CBRE refused comment on the report.

The 20-story Oracle Centre, at 900 Second Ave. S., which opened in 1984, is valued at $22 million by Hennepin County. International Centre, a 17-story building at 120 10th St. S. that opened a year later, is valued at $19 million. See story in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.
