ATLANTA-Crocker Partners LLC of Boca Raton, FL has acquired the controlling interest in the 24-story Atlantic Center Plaza office building here.
No purchase price in the off-market transaction for the 500,000-square-foot office building at 1180 West Peachtree St. NW was available, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Stream Realty Partners has been named the leasing agent for the property.
The deal increases Crocker's presence in the Atlanta marketplace. Last year the firm acquired the 18-story Prominence building in Buckhead for $105 million. Crocker Partners has since filed plans to develop apartment towers on the Prominence site at the Buckhead Loop and Georgia 400. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
