GARDEN GROVE, CA—Voit Real Estate Services' Anaheim office has completed an 82,608 square-foot industrial lease on behalf of landlord CRP-2 Monarch, LLC at 12752-12822 Monarch Street, Garden Grove.
Virtu USA Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of bathroom vanities and accessories, signed a 64-month lease and will relocate to the premises in May from another location in Garden Grove.
Mike Bouma, senior VP, in Voit Real Estate Services' Anaheim office, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Darin McDonald, senior VP in Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office represented the tenant.
