ATLANTA—While the debate continues about whether it's a buyer's market or a seller's market, Hotel AG has made its opinion clear. Hotel AG has 16 hotel portfolios on the market.

Some of the hotel portfolios offer as few as five hotels. Others offer as many as 15 hotels. Brands represented include mostly Hilton, Marriott, and IHG. The portfolios are listed at prices ranging from $80 million to just more than $600 million.

“We see today's market being the acquisition opportunity for portfolios,” says Brad Sinclair, a senior partner with Hotel AG. “The yield returns are strong, debt is inexpensive, and the momentum of the market almost mirrors that of late 2006 and early 2007.”

The Hotel AG portfolios are located across international gateway cities and second tier markets—and locations in between. The price per key ranges to a high of $600,000 to a low of just under $100,000.
