TRENTON, NJ-Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten issued a restraining order on Monday barring the sale of the Atlantic Club casino to any other buyer except online gaming firm PokerStars.

The judge reinstated a prior purchase agreement that Atlantic Club recently terminated, according to the Star Ledger, and at least for now mandates that the $15-million sale continue. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for May 17.

Also on Monday, PokerStars filed a civil lawsuit against the Atlantic Club ownership alleging the companies involved violated their agreement. See story in the Star Ledger.
