Jada Enterprises Acquires Former Hold of Bush Library

LEWISVILLE, TX—Henry S. Miller Brokerage's North Texas industrial specialist, Dan Spika, EVP, recently represented JADA Enterprises in the acquisition of an 84,140 square foot industrial facility in Lewisville. Located within the Lewisville Tech Center, the facility at 1725 Lakepointe Drive sits on approximately 5.6 acres of land. The facility is 100% HVAC and has approx 23,630 square feet of office, 36,308 square feet of production and approximately 26,202 square feet of warehouse space. Built in 1998, the building offers an excellent location with immediate access to Interstate 35. 1725 Lakepointe will house the corporate operations of JADA Enterprise. Formerly the building was home to the priceless contents of the George Bush Library. JADA purchased the building and land from LPC GSA, LLC.The seller, LPC GSA, LLC was represented by Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Co.
