CHARLOTTE, NC-Locally-based Marsh Properties is planning to develop a 180-200-unit apartment complex at the construction trades organization Carolinas AGC property in the Dilworth section of the city.
Jamie McLawhorn, president of Marsh Properties, says the firm has filed a petition to rezone nearly 2.5 acres of the Carolinas AGC parcel that is located on the north side of Euclid Avenue, between Templeton and Lexington avenues, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
A public hearing for the rezoning request has been scheduled for July 15. Marsh probably won't begin construction on the project until sometime in 2014. See story in the Charlotte Business Journal.
