BOSTON-Developer John Rosenthal and the Patrick administration have struck a deal that would allow Rosenthal's $500-million Fenway Center mixed-use project to proceed, the Boston Globe reported on Tuesday. The agreement calling for air rights over the Massachusetts Turnpike and $226 million in rent in the course of a 99-year lease of state-owned land requires approval by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation's board of directors, who are expected to take up the issue at a May 22 meeting.
