RALEIGH, NC-The law firm Parker Poe is planning to move a few blocks up Fayetteville Street to the PNC Plaza high-rise building.
The firm is currently housed in approximately 50,000 square feet of space at the Wells Fargo tower and its new offices will be roughly about the same size, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
Parker Poe plans to sublease the entire 12th and 14th floors from PNC. It has hired Gensler to redesign the new space. Building owner Highwoods Properties finished construction on the 33-story tower in 2008 as the new headquarters for RBC Bank's US subsidiary. It was renamed PNC Plaza in January 2012 when RBC sold the subsidiary to PNC Financial Services Group. See story in the Triangle Business Journal.
