BORDENTOWN, NJ–Amboy Bank has engaged Cassidy Turley as leasing agent for Central Crossings, a 78-acre business park being developed here off Turnpike Exit 7A.
Charles Fern, executive managing director, will lead the team that includes Larry Casey and Warren Searles; all three are Cassidy Turley principals. Amboy Bank is based in Old Bridge.
“As New Jersey's industrial real estate market shows signs of strength, Central Crossings is poised for success for the right businesses offering flexibility and accessibility,” said Fern.
Amazon is building a million-square-foot warehouse in Robbinsville in the same area. Also, Matrix Development Group is putting up a distribution facility at its business park at Exit 7A for
McKesson Corp., a pharmaceutical distributor.
Last October, Matrix completed a 150,000-square-foot building for Ritchie & Page Distributing Co.
Central Crossings offers flexible space at pad-ready sites for three buildings:
- Phase One of the project comprises 20 acres, with an industrial-pad-ready site approved for a 213,000 square-foot building with up to 60 truck docks.
- Phase Two is a 59-acre parcel with two industrial-pad-ready sites approved for a 136,160-square-foot building with up to 30 truck docks and a 504,000-square-foot building with up to 117 truck docks.
All three buildings will have six-inch slab floors and ESFR sprinkler systems.
