With two recent office space expansions, the growth mirrors its impact on positioning, branding, strategic communication and creative development for its healthcare clients.” Built in 1976, Waterfront Plaza is a 297,000-square-foot, four-story office complex close to the downtown San Francisco waterfront within a short walk of Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, North Beach, the Ferry Building and ample transportation options. Wesley Powell of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the transaction. Founded in 2002, Giant Creative/Strategy is the largest full-service independent healthcare advertising agency on the West Coast, and recently expanded its office space by 6,000 square feet.
