DALLAS-KBS Realty Advisors has finalized a 26,436 square-foot lease at the Parkway Office Center.
Capital Senior Living, Inc., renewed at the class-A office buildings located off the Dallas North Tollway between Spring Valley and Quorum Drive. The senior residential living operator has worked from the property since 1989 and renewed its office suites measuring 13,576 square-feet and 12,860 square-feet.
The KBS-owned Parkway Office Center was built in 1983, and renovated in 2012. It is made up of two, nine-story buildings comprising 224,289 total square feet. The complex is located near the Dallas North Tollway, a major Dallas transportation route. Amenities include an on-site deli, conference center and a tenant lounge. A fitness center also is in the planning stages.
KBS-affiliated companies own numerous properties in the Dallas area including Providence Towers, Tower 909, Parkwood Place, Tollway North Office Park and Millennium Tower.
Also in the Dallas region, KBS owns 131,040-square-foot 2230 Avenue J industrial building; 400,000-square-foot Dallas Cowboys Distribution Center; and Legacy at Valley Ranch Apartments, comprising 504 units.
