HANOVER, MD-RREEF and its leasing agent Cassidy Turley have made some headway in leasing up two industrial buildings in this part of the state. In February 2012, RREEF tapped Cassidy Turley to lease up two industrial/flex buildings: 7476 New Ridge Rd. in Hanover and 3431 Benson Ave in Baltimore. At the time, according to Cassidy Turley's press release announcing the lease assignment, these buildings, which total 132,276 square feet, were 32% vacant.

Now they are 25% vacant; or rather, 75% leased, according to a new announcement from the brokerage.

Cassidy Turley has reported it has secured three leases for the buildings, totaling 33,000 square feet. The new leases include 20,302 square feet to Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. David Downey and Michael Walsh of Cassidy Turley represented the owner in this deal. Another 10,104 square feet went to T.F. Andrew Carpet One, Inc., who was represented by Walsh. Finally, 2,153 square feet was taken by SETO Holdings, Inc., who was represented by Jonathan Casella of Cushman and Wakefield.
