NEW YORK CITY-Boston Properties' Times Square Tower is on the market for sale with an asking price set at $1.6 billion.
Boston Properties President Doug Linde reported that Times Square Tower was on the market for sale at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trust meeting on Thursday in Chicago.
The 1.2-million-square-foot office tower's largest tenants include Ann Taylor, which leases more than 320,000 square feet, and law firms Pryor Cashman and O'Melveny & Myers, with 100,000 and 200,000 square feet, respectively, according to the New York Post.
Sources tell the newspaper that Douglas Harmon and Adam Spies of Eastdil Secured have been hired to market the 47-story building bounded by 41st and 42nd streets, Broadway and Seventh Avenue. See story in the New York Post.
