OKLAHOMA CITY-As the 139-unit phase one of the Maywood Apartments is coming to completion, the Daily Oklahoman reports that developers Ron Bradshaw and Charlie Nicholas are ready to start on the $20 million, 160-unit second phase of the multifamily property. According to the article, the developers will launch construction on the next phase sometime this summer. The first phase began going north in the middle of 2012.
The development's second part will also involve restoration of Bricktown Auto Bath & Shine, which operates out of an 80-year-old former Conoco station. A new space will be built for Bricktown Auto Bath & Shine, which the old Conoco station will undergo conversion into retail.
