MORENO VALLEY, CA-Voit Real Estate Services, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southwestern US market, has completed a 354,810 square-foot industrial build-to-suit lease on behalf of Minka Lighting, Inc. at San Michelle Road in Moreno Valley.
Minka Lighting, Inc. will relocate from an existing facility in Moreno Valley and will occupy the entire building, which is being developed by property owner Alere Property Group. This transaction marks the first build-to-suit for Alere Property Group.
