CHATHAM, NJ-Commercial real estate services firm Cassidy Turley reports it has consolidated its Rochelle Park, Parsippany and Somerset offices and will now have its leasing team operate out of offices at 26 Main St., Suite 202, in Chatham.

The industrial leasing team will relocate operations to Edison, the company states. The consolidation and relocation are part of an ongoing strategic plan to grow the firm's presence in the New Jersey market, company officials say. The new Class A space in Chatham is located near major highways and public transportation, providing greater access to clients in Central and Northern New Jersey. The modern floor plan features impromptu meeting space to foster greater communication across service lines, creating a collaborative environment where brokers, property management and project development specialists interact daily. The design offers greater flexibility and opportunities for teaming and differentiates the firm as it continues to attract top talent, they add.

“To compete and win in a fast-changing business environment, we must be both creative and responsive to clients' needs,” states Raymond Trevisan, managing director of Cassidy Turley. “Leveraging our executives' expertise and providing the best available technological and analytic tools gives our clients a distinct edge whether we serve them locally, nationally or internationally.”
