NEW YORK CITY-A portfolio of six parcels in Brooklyn's Williamsburg section has changed hands for $27 million, Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance said Wednesday. The properties were acquired by a group of investors led by Waterbridge Capital LLC; the seller was 170 South First Street, LLC.

The LLC's name is also the street address of one of the parcels. Other addresses represented in the group of mixed-use buildings and vacant lots include 185 N. 3rd St., 72 Box St., 626 Driggs Ave., 280 Metropolitan Ave. and 290 Metropolitan Ave.

“We were working with six separate parcels, which made the sale inherently complicated,” says CBC Alliance principal Peter Sabesan in a release. “But each of these properties offers opportunities for retail and/or residential development in a robust market and we were able to bring all of the parties to the table quickly and amicably.” Sabesan represented both buyers and seller in the deal.
