NEW YORK CITY-StyleCaster Media Group has signed a 10-year lease for 23,430 square feet, which encompasses the entire 11th floor of 440 Ninth Ave.
The five-year-old fashion and media company that publishes StyleCaster.com, Beauty High, Daily Makeover and The Vivant, signed the deal due to its need for more space, according to the Commercial Observer.
“In the past year we have tripled our company size, doubled our revenues and brought on more team members,” says Meghan Cross, director of communications for StyleCaster Media Group. “We're celebrating our hyper growth by moving.”
The company will be moving into its news space by October from its headquarters at 49 West 27th St. See story in the Commercial Observer.
