“Southwest Broward County has seen some of the most dynamic activity in the Broward County marketplace,” says Groden. “There are several new speculative buildings either under construction or proposed right now, an indication of the strength of investment in this corridor.”
1600 North Park Drive is just off Interstate 75 in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale industrial submarket. The building was constructed in 1994.
“There are some large blocks of industrial space available,” Groden says. “But the significant demand for quality industrial product in the area is fueling the new speculative construction.”
