SHERMAN, TX-Office Depot has signed an agreement to occupy at built-to-suit space at Sherman Commons, according to United Commercial Realty Dallas.
The multi-national retailer has leased 16,909 square-feet in the 241,000 square foot community shopping center.
Dan Shoevlin and Carter Butler of UCR Realty represented the Landlord and Claudia Hutchinson and Myles Kelley of Realty Ventures represented the Tenant. UCR Asset Services has begun construction on the new location for Office Depot, allowing the company to design its building in its new, prototypical format from the ground up. The grand opening is expected by the end of this year. Other notable tenants in the center include Kohl's, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, and PetSmart.
