LAS VEGAS-The real estate recovery is providing excellent investment opportunities for multifmaily investment, say Kareem Nahas, founder of the Nahas Group.

"Industry research indicates that the boom-slump-recovery cycle of the real estate market is entering a profitable recovery phase, which means that opportunities for investment are prime," Nahas says. "The housing bubble and subsequent slump had left some investors wary of real estate investment," but Nahas claims that "the current situation offers investors significant opportunities to invest in undervalued properties, which, in turn, can mean considerable profits."

The Nevada-based real estate investment firm provides investors with opportunities to invest in undervalued B and C grade apartment buildings. The firm, which recently launched a new website (www.TheNahasGroup.com), seeks property owners with distressed properties and has considerable interest in purchasing properties meeting these criteria. Additionally, the firm seeks investors who may be interested in investing with The Nahas Group in these properties.

The real estate recovery phase and the investment opportunities it has created enables The Nahas Group to secure for investors positive cash flow within a year after repositioning of the property. Additionally, they project a ROI of at least 10% in the second year and at least 20%-30% compounded returns or IRR over five years.

The Nahas Group is able to make such claims because of their unique multi-dimensional 5-year plan that ensures the property becomes the preferred rental living community in its area. The strategy ensures that the property increases in value, thereby offering considerable ROI for investors.
