WASHINGTON, DC-After partnering on the successful $360-million mix-use “Square 54” project with Boston Properties two years ago, George Washington University is searching for a development partner for its “75A” project next door.
GSW has recently retained Cassidy Turley to find a development partner for the site on Pennsylvania Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets NW, according to the Washington Post. The site features an office building and several former townhomes that currently house retail space.
After acquiring the properties that make up the 75A parcel, the university secured approvals to develop an 11-story, 250,000-square-foot office building with 6,637 square feet of ground floor retail. See story in the Washington Post.
