For its first Midtown Manhattan location, Buffalo Wild Wings has leased an entire building in the Times Square area. The restaurant and sport bar chain's new flagship will encompass more than 15,000 square feet at 253 W. 47th St., a location that came to fruition after a lengthy search. “In Manhattan, you are often challenged by columns, low ceilings and other characteristics that get in the way of properly representing the one-of-a-kind experience and energetic atmosphere that Buffalo Wild Wings provides,” says Michael Gleicher of Winick Realty Group in a release. Gleicher and Winick CEO Jeff Winick represented Four M Capital LLC, the area franchisee for Buffalo Wild Wings. Landlord Friedland Properties was represented in-house by Aaron Prince.
Longtime 717 Fifth Ave. tenant Williams, Jones & Associates is has renewed and expanding its space there, moving to the 11th floor and occupying a total of 13,581 square feet. Lindsay Ornstein and Patrick Robinson of Transwestern represented the investment management firm in the transaction. A CBRE team of Zachary Freeman, Stephen Winter, Ryan Alexander, Brian Hay and Robert Stillman represented landlord Equity Office Properties.
Entertainment law firm Lazarus & Harris LLP is staying put at 561 Seventh Ave., renewing its lease for a 3,944-square-foot space on the property's 11th floor. Scott Galin of Handler Real Estate Organization represented the landlord in-house in the transaction. There was no tenant broker.
Farther down Seventh Avenue, 530 Seventh Ave. has seen no fewer than five new and renewal leases with national and global fashion companies. Lagos Inc. renewed and extended its 2,200-square-foot showroom on the property's 24th floor, while Benecci Corp. renewed its 1,800-square-foot lease on floor 28. A Savitt Partners team of Bob Savitt and Nicole Goetz represented the property's ownership in both renewals as well as in two of the new leases, while Goetz and colleague Brian Neugeboren represented the tenants that renewed. H.W.I. International Inc. came in as a new tenant with 2,200 square feet, represented by Simone Lillian of Sinvin Realty. Saymee K Inc. and Protrend Ltd. took 1,700 square feet of space at the property, and were represented by Rob Silver of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, with Goetz and Neugeboren representing ownership. Finally, DADA Group signed up for 1,000 square feet; Winoker Realty's Manny Syskrott negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
A Savitt Partners team also figured in a Hudson Square leasing deal, as Epoch Media Group signed a 10-year, 5,700-square-foot lease for at 180 Varick St. The production company is relocating from a 15,000-square-foot space at 435 Hudson St. Savitt's Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen along with Neigeboren represented Epoch; Steven Marvin of Olmstead Properties represented the building ownership in-house.

SmartSource, which provides multi-channel marketing software, signed on for 7,945 square feet at 209 Burlington Rd. in Bedford, MA. Avison Young's Jack Kerrigan, Steve Cook and Colin Whitney represented the tenant. Bruce Lee of Lee Partners represented the owner, Kevin Curran of CMT Realty Partnership.
United Multi Family Corp. has committed to 1,020 square feet at CommonWealth REIT's Two Adams Place in Braintree, MA. CWH's Sean Teague represented the landlord, while Kate McGovern of Cassidy Turley represented United Multi Family.
